About us

My name is Jeff Jones. I'm a cyclist committed to the non-suspended bicycle. My ideas and passion have created an exceptional ride - a trail-blazing geometry that delivers superb handling, comfort and efficiency. My bikes are available in titanium and steel, to be ridden off-road (and on) for exploring and racing, adventures and fun. They are outrageously responsive bicycles - frame and forks designed in harmony to provide a rigid bicycle that is anything but. A pure cycling experience like no other.

We build all of our Jones Custom Select bikes with Stan's tubeless sealant. When you switch from using tubes in your tires and go tubeless, you save weight, have fewer flats, and roll a little more easily.

DESCRIPTION:

This 1000 ml bottle contains approximately 33.8 fluid ounces. Stan’s recommends approximately 3.5 to 3.7 ounces for a normal 2.4" mountain-bike tire, depending on wheel diameter. For large-volume tires such as 27.5 x 3" or 29 x 3", we recommend about 4.5 to 5 ounces per tire. One 1000 ml bottle contains enough sealant for approximately seven 27.5 x 3" or 29 x 3" tires.

Stan's sealant coats the inside of your tire and can repair punctures up to 1/4" (6.5 mm) quickly, so you just keep riding. Stan's sealant will stay liquid in your tires for 2–7 months. Dry conditions require more frequent monitoring of sealant levels. The anti-freezing agents in Stan's Tire Sealant mean it can be used in temperatures as cold as -20°F.

FEATURES:

Seals punctures up to 1/4" (6.5 mm) quickly
Remains liquid inside tires for 2–7 months for long-lasting protection
Low-viscosity formula resists freezing to work in environments as cold as -20°F (-28°C)
Can be injected through valve stems with removable cores
